Breath Context is a respiratory diary app I am building. It began as part of my thesis — read how it started.

It gives you one place to record how your breathing is, day by day. Log symptoms such as coughing, wheezing or breathlessness as they happen, and do a quick daily check-in on the days in between. Each entry is automatically paired with the air quality, pollen and weather where you are, so your diary shows both how you felt and the conditions around you at the time.

Over time this builds a clear, private record. You can look back over it yourself or bring a summary to your next appointment.
